1. OVERVIEW

We offer monthly and annual membership subscriptions, both of which auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

2. MEMBERSHIPS

Available in four tiers plus the Mind & Soul Bundle.
Subscriptions can be billed monthly or annually at a discounted rate.

A. Charmed Circle Membership

Includes Reflection and Deep Reflection tiers.
Available as monthly or annual subscriptions.
Membership does not include workshops but provides access to guided meditations and reflection exercises.
Memberships auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

B. Reflection Meditation Membership

Monthly Plans: Billed every 30 days and renew automatically.
Annual Plans: Billed once per year at a discounted rate and renew automatically.
Cancellations: You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard.
- Monthly members: Access continues until the next billing cycle.
- Annual members: Access remains until the end of the paid period, but no prorated refunds will be issued.

3. COACHING SERVICES

Private coaching sessions are available.
Advance booking is required.
Rescheduling Policy: A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the session fee.

A. One-on-One Coaching

Sessions are currently limited to 10 participants per session, but this may change at any time.
Group sessions are held weekly, covering the same topic with options for a weekday session and a weekend session to allow for flexibility.
Each new week covers a different topic, unless it is part of a continued series.
If a session is canceled by us, you will receive a credit toward a future session or a full refund.

B. Group Coaching

Courses, workbooks, and digital downloads are non-refundable after purchase.
Digital content is for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

4. COURSES & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Live weekly workshops require advance registration.
No refunds for missed sessions. If a workshop is canceled by us, you will receive a credit toward a future event.

5. WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

Payments are processed through our website or through appropriate services/products depending on the purchase.
Recurring charges apply for all memberships and are billed either monthly or annually based on your selection.
Failed Payments: If a recurring payment fails, your access may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Chargebacks & Disputes: Any unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. Please contact us first to resolve payment issues.

6. PAYMENTS & BILLING

Affiliate Program Participation: You may apply to become an affiliate of Sophia Alexandria and earn commissions for referred sales.
Commission Structure: Commission rates and payout schedules will be detailed in the affiliate agreement.
Prohibited Activities: Affiliates may not engage in misleading promotions, false advertising, or unauthorized use of our brand assets.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate relationship for violation of our policies.
