Waitlist Policy for Memberships, Classes, Events, Programs, Services, and Coaching Purpose Our waitlist ensures a fair process for granting access to memberships, classes, events, programs, services, and coaching. Joining secures your place for upcoming opportunities. How the Waitlist Works 1. Joining: Submit your name, email, and preferences via our form or platform. 2. Priority: Placement is first-come, first-served, with possible priority for existing members or participants. 3. Notifications: You’ll be contacted via email when a spot opens, with instructions to confirm your spot. Memberships Spots are offered based on availability, with notifications sent promptly. Classes and Events Waitlists are specific to each offering. Multiple entries are allowed but require individual confirmation. Programs and Services Availability depends on capacity. Needs-based preference may apply. Coaching Coaching openings are limited and offered to waitlisted individuals as availability allows. Terms 1. No Guarantee: Joining does not guarantee a spot. 2. Response Deadline: Notifications include a deadline. Failure to respond forfeits the spot. 3. Updates: Waitlisted individuals may receive updates or alternative offers. 4.
