Due to the nature of our offerings, we have a strict no-refund policy, except in cases of billing errors or cancellations initiated by us. 

 

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return & Refund Policy

A. Digital Products (Courses, Workbooks, & DownloadablMaterials)

All sales are final for digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Online courses

  • Workbooks

  • Digital guides

  • Meditation recordings

No refunds or exchanges will be issued once a digital product has been purchased and accessed.

If you experience technical issues downloading or accessing your digital product, please contact support@sophiaalexandria.com for assistance.

1. GENERAL RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Membership subscriptions (monthly and annual) auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.                                                    
No refunds are provided for canceled memberships, including early cancellations of annual plans.                                                

Cancellation Terms:

  • Monthly Members: You may cancel at any time; access continues until the next billing cycle.

  • Annual Members: You may cancel anytime, but access remains active until the term ends. No prorated refunds are provided for unused time.

B. Memberships (Charmed Circle & Reflection)

C. Coaching Services (One-on-One & Group Coaching)

Refunds are NOT provided for coaching services, including:

  • One-on-one coaching sessions

  • Group coaching sessions                                                                       

🔄 Rescheduling Policy:

  • You may reschedule a one-on-one coaching session with at least 24-hour notice before the scheduled session.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the session fee.                                

🔹 Group Coaching Sessions:

  • No refunds for missed sessions.

  • If a session is canceled by us, you will receive a credit toward a future session or a full refund.

No refunds will be issued for missed or canceled attendance.                       

If we cancel a workshop or event:

  • You will receive either a credit for a future event or a full refund (if applicable).

D. Live Workshops & Events

                We understand that mistakes can happen.                               Refunds may be  considered in the following cases:                                                                
Duplicate Charges: If you were charged twice for the same service, contact us for a refund.                                                       
Billing Errors: If you believe there was an incorrect charge, please notify us within 7 days of the transaction.

2. EXCEPTIONS & BILLING ERRORS

If your situation qualifies for a refund under our policy, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Include your full name, email, and order number.
3️⃣ Provide a detailed explanation of the issue.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
